Hi everyone! Hope you’re all having a lovely lead up to Christmas. I’m so excited to have a couple of weeks off work to enjoy being at home and it will be nice to actually have time to blog again!
This is my penultimate post before Christmas (I’ll have a bonus one up tomorrow instead of Friday), and I thought I’d show you my travel miniatures which I always take away with me. I recently went to Madrid – check out my post here – and these were the beauty essentials I picked up. They’re all small enough to fit into hand luggage but should see you through a week’s worth of holiday :)
Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser in Orange and Mint: I mentioned this cleanser in my recent Christmas Gift Guide (guilty, I may have bought this for someone else and ended up keeping it, oops!). I love that it has all the qualities of the amazing original Cleanse & Polish but with an even more yummy and festive scent. This doubles up as a makeup remover and a general cleanser, meaning I didn’t have to pack one of each.
Aussie Miracle Moist Shampoo and Conditioner: When I’m away, all the travelling and activity can often leave my hair feeling quite dry and brittle. This Aussie range is so lovely and hydrating, and will give my hair that much needed TLC.
Nivea Smooth Nourishing Hand Cream: I am literally never without hand cream. I have very sensitive skin and my hands get easily irritated by soaps and cold weather. This is one of my favourite ones as it’s really soothing.
Carex Sesitive Hand Sanitizing Gel: Because you never know what kind of grim toilets you’re going to come across….
Batiste Tropical Dry Shampoo: Often when I’m travelling, my hair can become very flat from the hot weather or journeys (plane hair? No thanks). This just gives a nice boost of volume and is great if you haven’t had time to wash your locks. Plus, the Tropical scent reminds me of Pina Coladas…
Hope you’ve enjoyed this short but sweet post. Check back in tomorrow for my last post before Christmas!
