My Spring Makeup Menu

Ahhh spring… The season where I begin to pretty much live in pastel nails, coral lipstick, and anything stripy. Yes, the weather has been a bit hit and miss over here in Paris, but it’s still so nice to take some makeup inspiration from the blossom on the trees and all the flowers poking through on my way to work.

This month in particular, I’ve really been getting back into winged eyeliner again. My skills in that department are still pretty shoddy, but when I do get it right, I love it! I’ve also been reaching for the pink Clinique Sweet Pop lipstick on a regular basis, as it’s the perfect creamy balm-like formula and the packaging is just too cute. Plus, a pop of pink on a rainy day always cheers me up!

This has been my go-to look so far this season. Have a read and let me know in the comments what yours have been!

Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation: The only foundation I can trust to stay completely in place and keep my skin shine-free all day! Seriously, this stuff is magic.

Maybelline Anti-Age Eraser Concealer: This feels so light and cooling when you apply it! I love it for spring as it isn’t too heavy.

Liz Earle Cream Blush in Rose: I always lean towards creamy formulas in the warmer months and this is just so pretty. I blend it into the apples of my cheeks and up my cheekbones

Clinique Chubby Contour Stick: Amazing for a more natural, warm-toned contour.

Bobbi Brown Bronze Shimmer Brick: This is a very subtle highlight so it’s perfect swept over cheekbones (or often my entire face when I get a little ‘highlight-happy…)

Soap & Glory Brow Archery Pencil and L’Oreal Brow Artist Plumper Gel: This is literally my perfect combo. I can’t imagine using anything else… Full post coming soon!

Charlotte Tilbury Dolce Vita Luxury Eyeshadow Quad: I use the pale highlight colour all over my lids for a wash of shimmer, then the fawny brown to define my crease and smoke out my eye a little under the lashline.

L’Oreal Super Liner: My favourite liquid liner at the moment but I’d really like some recommendations if anyone has any???

Clinique High Impact Mascara: Hands down my favourite mascara. Provides perfect length and volume.

Clinique Pop Lip Colour in Sweet Pop: Such a pretty sheer wash of pink which can be built up for a more intense colour.
